I drive a range rover sport.my family and I were traveling to dallas when we heard a noise and shortly after saw/smelled smoke.at about 50 miles out, we towed it to auto check on briar forest.they looked at it and said that somehow one of the rear brake discs was cracked.they fixed it quickly and charged me $200...anything on this car is expensive and I really thought, initially, it would be a $1000 or more.they made an extra afford to do it quickly since we were going out of town.i'v been using this shop for 1 year since we moved to the neighborhood...so far we'v been satisfied...this time though'they really went all out to put us back on the road and that is why I had to write about these guys.they are friendly, courteous and the shop is clean.we are also happy to have a shop close to the house that can service European cars....

I took my car in and was given an estimate of $900. I decided to get a second opinion and the exact part I was told needed to be replaced was quoted $500 dollars cheaper. This shop over quoted the labor by 5 hours and $500!!! I will never recommend this shop to anyone. I have never been so upset with customer service in my life.

I took my vehicle to the dealer to have some recall work done, they did the work but i was told that i needed to replace the coolant, front brake pads and rotors which was about $500. We decided to get a second opinion and took our vehicle to Frank's Auto Check,who has been servicing all of our vehicles for years. Frank pulled up the services and my coolant did'nt have to be replaced for another 65000 miles, on top of that it wasen't even dirty. Big surprise my front brakes pads had 50% remaining and the rotors where nearly perfect. Thanks Frank for saving me money. Frank and his crew are honest,friendly and did i mention their nice clean shop....

Auto Check at this location has been servicing my cars for over 2 years and consistently been reliable. They perform great work and honor their warrantys. I'd rate them highly.

I took my 1998 C280 for repair since I had a burnt smell and it was one of the sensors that had gone bad and had burnt. The repair technician fixed it and I was happy with it though I felt the charge was as steep as the Mercedes dealer.The next time I had my wife's ML320 over here for service and they charged me an arm and a leg to replace the power steering pump when I had left it with them for an oil gasket repalcement. The charges ran over $1000 and when I did a google search on the part and repair from the authorized dealer I fond I was overcharged by 30%. The last time a couple of weeks back I had to take it to them because my wife had a bad battery and after the jump start I asked her to take it to this auto check.Service charge- $124. This week her ML320 again needed a jump start as she could not go to work and I had to send her to the Mercedes dealer who showed me that the battery provided was not the recommended size. I will never take or recommend this place to anyone.
