the customer service was excellent but I was not happy with the scent of my cologne. I currently have the same bottle of colgne from somewhere else
that last for hours on my skin. but Aura's colgne was gone within 2 minutes. I am not 100% it is not fake. I will not order from here again. scent too weak.

Owner/Owners are very rude, disrespectful and intimidating..he has no matters whatsoever. He treats extremely bad customers and employees. He does not honor any exchanges or refunds even though the problems generates in their warehouse; We purchased a bunch of perfumes worth around $400 and one of the perfumes where empty and they did not want to do an exchange or refund. These people has been around for a number of years and nobody has done anything about it. Their employees are afraid to even talk because they have surveillance cameras everywhere and he keeps them quiet by calling on the phone when the customers request some information, shout out loud on the phone or speakers. In another case he shout out at us and asked us to leave in front of all customer because we had a seven year old daughter and supposedly he does not like to do business with people with kids (he said he only allowed customers from 18 yrs and older not even if the parent carries them). These is the kind of business that should not be running and making profit by abusing customers and employees.

you would think that being in a perfume warehouse you would be allowed to smell what you are considering buying. well I picked up a perfume bottle to smell it (note I DID NOT SPRAY THE PERFUME) when all of a sudden the owner of to the store told me "that is illegal" then i answered that all i did was smell it he proceeded to ask me to leave. I first thought it was a sick joke and asked him if he was serious and in his broken up english said he was. He was a jerk and undeserving of any business. I think if he would just simply asked me to not do that, would have been more than enough.
