I have resorted to filing a complaint against this dealer to the TEXAS STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL with an online consumer complaint form. Audi Central Houston's management, employees and overall attitude is deplorable. This company deserves NEGATIVE stars.

This was by far the most un-professional, rude and un-knowledgeable repair facility I have ever dealt with. I spent thousands of dollars in unnnecessary repairs at the advice of their so-called service manager. Long story short My Audi S4 was not starting, I was advised to change multiple parts to get it running. After doing so my vehicle was still in-operable, and the "service manager" wanted me to spend $2,000 for more parts with NO guarantee of success, but rather to "move in the right direction". After declining to do so, I towed my car out, took it to an independent repair facility and my problem was fixed with $227 of parts and 2 hours of reprogramming. To add insult to injury NONE of the repairs which were done by Audi Central Houston were required to get my car running, FURTHERMORE the additional $2000 I was gonna spend would not have fixed my problem either. These people do not not know what they are doing and they are selling unnecessary repairs which are not needed. I wish I would have saved myself the sanity, money and time.

My car was taken here to have some diagnostic work performed. The work itself took sometime and once done they asked an outrageous price for the parts and labor. Throughout the whole process it was impossible to get anyone to call me back or get any information about timing, costs, or status. Additionally, I feel like they try to rip you off by selling you parts you do not need. This place should be avoided at all costs.

DON'T TRUST THEM. Sales experience was pleasant but the after care has been shocking. It turns out they sold us a car with a patched together exhaust as if it was factory. They failed to register the car as Certified Pre Owned so were charging our extended warranty instead of paying themselves. They make up the same things to repair each time we go in, the same thing they charged to the warranty 5 months earlier but they failed to recognize a known defect with the car so we were driving on a worn out camshaft for the same 5 months. Go anywhere else instead. I found a great place near the Gallaria.

MOMENTUM AUDI PROVIDES HORRIBLE SERVICE

I SENT MY 16,xxx MILE A4 CABRIOLET IN FOR A SIMPLE SERVICE AND GOT IT BACK WITHOUT THE SAME WHEELS!! YES, THAT IS RIGHT ... THEY STOLE MY WHEELS (OR ALLOWED THEM TO BE STOLEN, WHICH IS THE SAME THING TO ME!) AND WHEN I CALLED TO DISCUSS IT WITH THE GM (I CALLED 30 MINUTES AFTER GETTING MY CAR BACK FROM THE ROLL BACK WRECKER DELIVERY SERVICE) HE SIMPLY IGNORED ME AND SAID THAT WASN'T HIS PROBLEM AND SAID "PROVE IT"!!! HE FLAT OUT REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE OR EVEN ASK HIS EMPLOYEES IF ANYONE SAW ANYTHING! HE SAID HE WAS BUSY RUNNING A CAR DEALERSHIP! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT AND WILL DO EVERYTHING A LITTLE GUY LIKE ME CAN DO TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS DOESN'T CONTINUE TO HAPPEN!!

Momentum Audi & VW doesn't care

There is no customer service at Momentum. They take twice or three times as long to get the work done as well as making you wait 2-3 weeks to get an appointment to go in. The customer services reps do not call and update you. When you call them they act as if you are bothering them. I got home with one less hubcap after having my tires rotated and was told....prove it!!! No inspection because their machine was "down". No car wash because their machine was broken. They act as if they are high class but they can't even keep their equipment running or replace a $60 hubcap when they misplace it? Never will go back to this place again.....I'll drive farther to Archer.
