I just moved to Aspen Park and i must say that i really like it. Susan who works in the office helped us out in our paperwork to lease our apt. I love the price im paying which is $100 less from our last apt. Good thing is that is a small apt community. Who ever is looking for affordable apts this is the place. The only negative thing is that its located on beechnut and I've never live on this side of houston only on the west but besides that everything is ok .
