I Just bought 2010 Nissan murano from Ashtom's Motors on EBay last month. I had a problem with my transmission, and I tried to call Him (Tom) to solve. But he doesn't pickup for several times, then I leave a massage but no respond. I call to Austin state board to complaint, they will set me the court date. I brought this car to Nissan dealer for them to check, they told me it had a lot problem to rebuilt. I don't know what to do now, I thought I can save some money but it turn out cost more then I save. Give me some advice please. Hardi1970, it's you!! You write yourself for your own business good review. Unbelievable, how come you pretending to write good about your own business.

He's fake, fake, fake........

I purchased a 2010 Nissan Murano from this dealer in December 2012 for my wife for her Christmas present and since purchasing a preowned vehicle, I was worry that my wife would not like it because she is very picky, but when she saw her car , she was very excited and pleased. We got a great deal on our car, and my wife still enjoy her new car, so far so good!!!

I AM FROM ANOTHER STATE HAD BOUGHT A 2007 BMW FROM ASHTOM'S MOTOR ON EBAY. BUT I DEAL WITH HIM BEFORE THE AUCTION END, SO THAT IS THE REASON I CAN'T COMPLAINT TO EBAY DEPARTMENT. HE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR IS REALLY NICE, CLEAN, AND EXCELLENCE CONDITION. WHEN THE CAR HAS SHIP TO MY PLACE, THEN I SAW A STAIN ON THE FLOOR MAT REALLY BAD, ALSO SMELL CHEMICAL AND SMOKING TOO. THE SOUNDS OF THE ENGINES WAS TOO NOISY. I HAD HAVE BROUGHT THE CAR TO THE OTHER SHOP TO CHECK, THEN THEY TOLD ME THE CAR HAS BEEN HIT SO BAD ON THE FRONT END TO THE ENGINE, THEY USED ALL THE AFTER MARKET PARTS ON THE CAR, AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTION WAS HORRIBLE. HE WILL PROMISE YOU ANYTHING AND TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN HE WILL DISAPPEARED AND NEVER RETURN YOUR PHONE CALL. MAKE SURE TO HIRE ANY YOUR MECHANIC TO CHECK ON THE CAR YOU ARE PURCHASE!! MY EXPERIENCE TO EVERYONE. THANKS
