Great treatment in store, but delivery by non English speaking men means trouble. We were unable to tell if they were lying or did not understand some things. They did get in ahurry to get us to sign off on the delivery after they did not have enough screws to put handels on drawers and one of the drawers would not pull out. I was told the stuck drawer was just the way it is and accused of stealing a missing screw. Customer service is supposed to Send out more screws and someone to fix the drawer.

I have been waiting for about 7 weeks to receive my bed frame. I received my sectional, dresser and night stands but still waiting on my bed. Their service is the absolute worse. I have never written a bad complaint on a company before because things happen and its not always intentinal, but this company is garbage and they treat you just like that. You have to hunt managers down to get answers and they never call you back. I am scheduled to receive the bed this upcoming wednesday but I can already see that I will get my third cancelation call because the item has not arrived. They just want your money and will keep it even if you never get your items and wang to cancel. Go to rooms to go or gallery furniture. Should have gone back to either one of those stores

I only wish I would have read the reviews about this company BEFORE buying from them. The saleman was wonderful. But everyone else was Awful!! Furniture damaged. So far two weeks and three deliveries and thongs are still not right. I will NEVER buy from them again and do not recommend. At this point I have to hire lawyers or get screwed forthousands of dollars.

One of the most expensive and supoosedly high quality leather furnitures has not lasted a year. The color is wearing off of the Dover Natural Set on the Recliner. We have the sofa a loveseat and are wondering when it will start to wear off. Also bought coffeee tables and kitchen talbe and the wood was not finished properly and is coming up in a couple of places. Additionally all of the wood is bubbled and warped, like it was not able to withstand minor tempurature changes. DO NOT GO THERE!!! We have bought lots of furniture from Gallery Furniture and have always been happy with the quality.

Run like the wind from any Ashley Furniture. The sales guy was fantastic and the showplace very nice. But holy cow, the service and delivery have been a nightmare. Customer service line on hold time at least 20 min every time I call.

I have been dealing with this messed up company for over two months and they still have not got the order correct. Half my order was backordered for a month without telling me until delivery guys showed up. Delivery guys barely speak English and don't really care what time they get there. Run Run Run!

My son and his wife went there and bought a bed last weekend.They were assured that there was a 100% money back guarantee for any reason. Of course, when they got the bed (had to wait at the store for 3 hours instead of the promised 30min) it wasn't the same one as on the showroom floor. When they called the manager (s) and complained, they were told the EXACT OPPOSITE of their money back policy! Of course there were no returns on beds! These people are great to you until you buy and then they change their tune! They should be put out of business! Total screw job!!!! RUN AWAY!!‎
