The staff are very attentive. They spent a great amount of time showing the furniture I need. I could choose the best sofa for my guest room. Love the experience and glad for the cost benefit of my purchase.

I am very happy with the the service I received at Ashley Homestore. They have a lot of knowledgeable people working the store and are willing to help you to make your furniture shopping experience a pleasant one. Mr. Charles Piserelle, the store manager was the most helpful. He would move furniture around just so that I could see different combinations and after I was ready for check out, he found the best financial options to finance my purchases. 10/10 would shop here again!!!

Rebecca was great from start to finish. She listened to all of my needs, concerns, and worked with me to make sure I got what I needed. She was very patient and proactive. I never felt like the traditional furniture store customer getting items shoved down my throat! I will definitely refer my friends and family to Rebecca!

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley HomeStore in the Galleria. Jessica was knowledgeable and a great help when it came to picking out sofas and a matching chair. My items were delivered in a timely fashion and the delivery guys were incredibly kind and helpful. I love my items and have already received several compliments on them! Will definitely be back for all of my furniture needs.
