The quality of their work is unmatchable! I love the headboard they did for me. They did a piece for my brother as well back in '16. But ima be real with y'all. They communication is a bit lacking BUT they did state to me that their finishing date is an Approximate estimation, could be sooner, could be later. They sometimes respond a bit late to calls and emails.

I kinda grew a bit impatient so I was contacted by Their customer service representative, Jeremey, he explained that they are currently undergoing a change to improve their online presence, so that atm their emails were flunky. He then went ahead and referred me to Steve to take care of me.

Spoke with Steve, got an approximate date for when the job would be complete. The day came, and they hadn't finished working on it. Jeremey went on to explain that they had just started on it and to not worry that it is in good hands and that, that is why they give approximate dates. Less than a day later, Boom! It was scheduled to be delivered and lo and behold, it was!

I rate their Skill and Perfomance a 5/5
I take one star away because their communication could have been a bit better.

I had a loveseat done here about 15 years ago. Been a regular since. Their upholstery is top of the line and their service is professional and friendly!
