Zero rating. I will not even given them 1.0 star. Worst experience. No Maintenance. I moved in this july 2013 and from day 1 there is an issue with my AC. Maintenance people showed up but not able to fix the issue. when i called them again they started giving me tips to use my AC and when i followed the tips made my electricity bill $500 for first 45 days. when i called them again they say we will send maintenance people. I kept my AC temp in 78 to 80 and it never stops even the outside temp is 81. They don't know how to fix the issue. And as usual they are not responsible for Electricity bill.
