Hands down the worst experience at a car dealership period. I tried to do the internet sale with a horrible sales associate Kirk Hudnall(my opinion). The horrible customer service led me to the BBB and other pages to read reviews..not nice. If you have a complaint don't call because the owner Robert Archer will give you the run around and tell you to call him back to never answer. I decided to leave my complaint with a manger who could care less. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY OWN ENEMY RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN Y'ALL!! I am trying to save your time& money because they sure love to waste it instead of learning the art of the sale.

I like the fact that Archer VW helped me when West Houston VW didn't. I just needed my mirror rehung on my passat and West Houston told me they dont work on glass. Never offered to bring a glass Co. in either. They know I am extremely upset with the situation and I wonder if its a coincidence I never got the email with the survey link. Your team at Archer got me in, were extremely polite and helped me in a very timely manner. I wish I didnt have to drive 30 miles for it but THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!

Gary is a fantastic service manager and communicates well with his customers. He did not give up trying to resolve my mechanical issue and did get service to find the solution.
