The technician came to my house, cashed an $80 check and never followed up on fixing my TV. I have called and left messages with no response from the company. Do not recommend at all! Contacting better business bureau.

Excellent work friendly customer service and fast!

I called and there was a voice mail. Within mintues Mike called me back. I needed a lamp for my DLP TV. Mike told me he had the lamp in stock and could get me the lamp in between the next service call as he was in my area. Mike is a great guy, he sold me the lamp at a fair price and went out of his route to make sure I was serviced and fast. Thanks Mike. Everyone...call and ask for Mike--The owner

Fast response but over priced. Service was not thorough. Technician took money and left before a complete job was done.

My mitsubishi TV had problem with color, looked like I need 3 D glasses to see pix.After cheking arround I decided to go with ARBAT TV. Technichian new exactly what to do, had parts needed and my TV was up and running same day I called for service. Thombs up for this guys!, Greate service, highly recommend.
