The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because Marty Hirth, Sales Manager, had a daunting task of fixing many orders for the Rhode Island store, and truly turned me around from a very angry customer, who never got their hot tub, was lied to multiple times by the R.I. store Regional Sales Manager). From the moment we spoke, he not only assured me that he would fix this and make it right, he was proactive and followed up even after delivery. Truly stellar service. I manage a global customer service organization and understand things happen (even during a pandemic), however, communication and honesty is critical - that's what Marty does. Marty is the exact person you want to work with when buying your hot tub/spa. He was more knowledgeable than the Regional Sales Dir in R.I.
