I went for the first time last week at lunch. Had no idea what I wanted. Looked over the menu, placed my order in "To Go" and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. Kudos to Applebees's because they understand we are very limited on wait time in Houston, since we do so much driving to and from our respective workplaces. I went in through restaurant, the staff was very friendly and directed me to "To Go". I had the Wonton Tacos, they were great. Light lunch but filling....

My Husband took me 2 Applebee's because as usual I love trying different eating places! Well dis was not only a disaster, butthe menue is very MISLEADING! We both ordered the 7oz steak w/blackend shrimp and gumbo W/Redbeans and rice. Surprise NO sign of Gumbo, 2 tablespoons of rice over the rice We couldn't tell U what they taste like the PORTIONS were so small until the plates could have been 4 a child. So Dis- Appointing Until I paid 4 Dinner so I wouldn't feel bad 4 asking 2 go. $ 37.23 down the DRAIN. REFUND IN ORDER!
