This was the worst experience ever. My iPhone suddenly stopped working so I went to the store to have it looked at. Without even letting me explain what my problem was I was told the next "appointment" for an iPhone was not for another hour! When I finally sat down for my appointment, it took the gentleman, literally, 30 seconds to have it fixed. I apologize for not realizing I was walking into an urgent care for cell phones. This is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. Apple is known for great products, but certainly falls short on customer service. Do yourself a favor an call ahead to avoid this headache.
