Provided by YP.comI was dissatisified over and over by their complete lack of customer service. Attempting to schedule a drive time is frustrating and time consuming; the front desk staff is completely unprofessional and considers it "fun" to make the paying customer beg, borrow and plead to find a drive time that is convenient for MY schedule. Instructors are able to smoke in the classroom and while driving. Even after obtaining a scheduled drive time the instructors show up late (one hour in this case)and in turn offered no apologizes or attempt to extend the current drive time to ensure the student received their full 2 hour session.
Bottom line, this company does not respect its customers. The company is essentially ran by the teenagers that are manning the phone...need I say more?
This review is a fraud. We don't schedule our students, Apex Driving School as well most other driving schools are using an online scheduling program which the student pay a one time $10.00 fee that gives them access to our schedule. This is an attempt to sabotage our operations-Possibly by our competition. Please do your research before you conduct any business with anyone.
