Ok, not great. Safety not an issue for past 2.5 years. Did a good job of warning residents of rapist targeting nearby area. AC unit stops cooling every 3-4 months, resolved usually within a day or two of putting in a work order. 24hr "fitness center" with elliptical, treadmill, bike, some free weights. 2 pools. A block down from the VA center. Kroger a couple of blocks away. Near to 288 and 6-10.
