Provided by SuperpagesThis place has unfriendly customer service and they keep misplacing all my electricity bills. I got fed up with them and switched my electricity service provider, but they switched me back without my permisson and didn't even tell me. I found out that they had done that 3 months afterwards when I got a deliquency noitce. Of course, I had to pay them because they threatened to put it on my credit if I didn't. I don't think I'll ever be doing business with this company ever again.
