i have been bringing my dog here for a couple of years. I have NEVER had a problem. Even if the cut or bath wasn’t on point because of the convenience I kept coming back. Until today. I had ONE question and I told the worker my dog didn’t smell like he had a bath. Her response was very defensive and down right rude. The audacity to be mediocre AND have poor customer service. I have recommended ABH to a few friends. I will be letting them know to find another groomer who values their business. When I offer a suggestion as a customer the wrong thing to do is get mad and hang up on me. I got the point loud and clear!
