Omg this place is crazy. Some apartments out here busted in flames this past Sunday. Word is that someone was cooking crack inside the apartment when it caught on fire. The red cross and everything was out here helping families. It was so sad. We have loads of drug dealers. A crooked apartment manger too. The apartment manger is mean. Her whole family work for her too. If you need something done in the apartments nothing will get done. But for her family, lol they get taking care of. I'm on housing I failed my inspection twice. Still they haven't came and fix nothing. There was two other fires last month. A crazy girl out here was attacking people last week even she attacked the office manger. Word of advise read the reviews. Drugs, drug dealers, fighting, shooting. This place should be shut down immediately. We have so many mice too and roaches. I'm going to try to load the pictures of the burned apartments. Do your research first before coming here.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE !!!! Do not take the time and check them out !!! I was here 3 years ( bad background ) nothing was fixed the entire time , I had no light in my bathroom over 3 months ,they told me the part was ordered ( never got it ) Cabinets fell apart ( fixed them myself) . My car was towed by the Apartments ,and then another resident backed into my car and a friends car on several different times !! The sewage backed up often as in at least 2 times a month in different spots . The crime is thru the roof gunshots,fights,police chases on the news often . Thats filmed in ANGEL Ridge ! I moved out with Notice and they are so hungry there I am getting calls from An collection agency saying I owe Angel Ridge $6000 WHAT !!?? The whole Complex isn't worth that ! They claim I was evicted and didn't pay my rent none of this is true ,so I am continued to be tormented By Angel ridge even after I have gone , WOW times are real hard for them . They accept HOUSING so the people around you are home all day while you are working And yes they have a whole lot of break ins and car theft . You can look that up Of the City of Houston's CRIME report . I wish I had done that . They also welcome EX CONS for a double Deposit . Not 1 day passed that I could open my door and not see people Smoking weed in the hall or on the stairs . I had to report Angel ridge to the Apartment Association several times ( They are not a member ) I also have done the BBB they also aren't a member of the BBB . No security at all ,but HPD drive thru the entire day and pull over people trying to go in and out to work but tha'ts only because its so much going on they check everyone but it gets offinsive when you arent part of the problem . RUN fron ANGEL Ridge dont even Drive past them . Not one day or night passed that I did not hear GUNSHOTS . The Baby that was killed in the oven Last week ,yes that was in Angel Ridge . You can look forward to these types of things here at this place .

DO NOT DO NOT I BEG YOU don't bring your family here. I rather be homeless then live here. Trust me if you come and move here you will remember people told you don't do it. Police always here, management is crooked, bed bugs, RATS.... ( yes I said RATS)! Tons of roaches (even if you are a neat person) people getting stabbed, trash everywhere! Dont you be hard headed now!

DONT DO IT!!!VERY BAD PLACE!!The manager of this place is a very disrespectful and dishonest slum Lord!She only hires her family or family friends to work for her!Rosie and her daughter work side by side in this office to plan evil schemes against the people they don't like!She is pocketing money under the table from the tenants! Owner of this place needs to wake up and do something!! This place is on a sure path to destruction!! Cops come to this place every half hour on the hour.. I know for sure because We the people use to by tenants before we where black balled for being honest hard working people!!

This place is DEPLURABLE! the plumbing is soooo jacked up there is feces backing up out of the sewer outside of my building now come over and see .the smeel is unbearable , and its soooo out dated noone has shown this place love in a long time .They've changed names three times Glenwood forest,to Miracle pointe now to Angle ridgeThey do need prayer in this evil managed place. I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to live here.They put balloons outside to get you to see youll think bacause the office is nice so is the apartment HAHAHAHAH, NOT ! mold is inside the wall from the leaks there is no dishwashers, outdated cabinets and bad pest problem oh dont forget about the plumbing conditions so If You no what i know dont even think about letting that all bills paid fool you they try to get you to pay utilities as well ,they munipulation and other tactics like balloons and free bills to get you in but its not worth it take it from me i live here and am moving soon.
