They are the worst! My husban...

They are the worst! My husband was diagnosed with Cancer at MD Anderson. When I found out he would need special formula for his nutrition I called to ask what the price would be as I knew this would not be covered by insurance. They gave me a very competitive price, but neglected to tell me about the "er diem" price for who knows what. Months later I started receiving outlandish bills with the "per diem" price, there was no nurse, nutritionist, pharmacist or any other help supplied by this company to justifiy this charge.



I called and negotiated a settlement price, never, ever ordering from them again. I sent in the final payment with my check marked "paid in full". Seven months later they are trying to collect even though we had an understanding. MD Anderson should NEVER recommend them and get the out of their hospital. Horrible people. You can order these same supplies from Amazon.com for a fraction of the price and without all the hassle.

VERY bad service

My husband is home with a feeding tube, being treated at MD Anderson for head and neck cancer.He can no longer eat and is being fed through the feeding tube. Central Infusion labs is the company that is suppose to provide him with his food. The first shipment came with an IV pole (via FedEx) which was all smashed up...I had to jerryrig it. This past Monday they called my husband to see if he needed another shipment of food. he said yes and they told him it would be here by Tues. Well, Tues came and went and no shipment. No problem, I had 2 cases left and that would get me through six days. Wed. no shipment, so I told his nursing team. I got a call from Central Infusion labs on Thursday that it would be here by 3 pm. at 4:30 pm nothing came. I called them back, the woman told me that UPS had until 7 pm to get it here. I said with the weather turning bad....they had better, he did not have enough to get through the weekend. She said shipments from Dallas were delayed from the weather. I told her that Monday, Tues, and Wed. we did not have any weather issues and that it was suppose to arrive on Tues. WELLLLL...she finally sent a courier that showed up around 7 PM with a case and some bags. Today, still no shipment. They told me this a.m. that they would have something out to us today. it's 2 pm and nothing yet. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. And we are not dealing with floral delivery, we are dealing with a person's life and only nourishment. I wrote them this morning...when dealing with a cancer pt. it takes all day just to do their daily activities f living, all the meds, all the skin treatments all the feedings then to deal with a company like this and multiple phone calls to just get him fed.
