Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. We paid to have our transmission fixed with a lifetime warranty. It had to be fixed another three times, always the same issue. Everytime we dropped off the vehicle it took a minimum of 3-4 weeks to get it back. The third time they kept my vehicle for three weeks told me it would be ready the next day, when we went to pick it up they informed me they would no longer cover the parts only the labor and I could either pay 500.00 for the part or just come get my car. The owner refused to fix it. I would strongly urge you not to use this company.

Americas Transmission Experts is personable and professional. After having the transmition on my 2006 VW Jetta totally rebuilt I am a happy customer. They were patient and willing to offer assistance since the job was a little more than I expected. I am glad that I brought the job to the specialist and they stand behind their work.

Excellent Shop... I brought my vehicle to the Katy/Fry location.. Several other shops had quoted my overhaul prices up to 2500... Americas Transmission Experts looked at it for free and discovered a problem that was only 175.00... Thank you for being the only honest shop I know of... If you have a car with a problem take it to them before you listen to the other crooks in town..
