Unresponsive. I was working with a restaurant and hired these guys to do some roof work for them. When they came out they were great, on time friendly etc. When the rain came and we got to see how well it would hold up. Some parts did but there were a myriad of problems. Some of the problems we had were fixed by the work and new ones were created. I left about 20 messages over the past few months and sent texts to our contact Yogi and heard back only once. Not very encouraging, felt very let down by these guys. Owner of the place is ready to take legal action against them for breach of contract. We still have material on our roof from months ago. The customer service on the back end is just awful. It made me look really bad. As soon as the checks cashed he was like a ghost. Every number is an answering service that gives them a message which they just don't return. A very bad experience.
