The staff at this business are terrible. They don't respond to our calls, and seem to almost intentionally clear our shipments late so that we end up paying nearly a thousand dollars extra every time a container comes in. This has happened so often that I feel they are purposefully sabotaging us in order to get more money out of us. When we try to contact them or their parent company about the problems, they treat us in a very flippant manner as if we are garbage. Please, anybody who needs this type of service, don't go with this company whatever you do, keep shopping around.
