I had no clue what to do for my son's prom tuxedo. I went to another tux shop and had horrible service. I came here to Al's Formal Wear and it was beyond different. They explain the different types of tuxedos and what would better fit my son. When it came time for us to pick up, he looked great. I was just really impressed with their service.

I picked up my fiancé tux last Wednesday, as he was trying it on I realized he didn't have a vest or a tie. I called the store and spoke with Sophia, she informed me it came in, but was the incorrect color and the correct one would be in Thursday by 5 p.m. I pick that up arrive at the venue Friday for the wedding and there was no handkerchief, no socks AND the buttons fell off the jacket!



I immediately call the store asked for a manager and spoke with Sophia is was very rude and insensitive.
