If I could give negative star rating, I would gladly do so. The owner, Nallaswamy "Marvin" Ungamootoo, misrepresents his company as being "Steve's Auto Glass" based in Katy, Sugarland, etc based on your internet search inquiry. Some may call that marketing, I call it fraudulent. The main complaint: the blue tape used during the windshield replacement stripped the paint off my car during the work. Despite several calls, inspection by a body shop and two trips to the dealership to check if the paint was defective, 'Marvin' refused to take responsibility for the damage caused by his work and products. I am now taking it to small claims court. This guy has a shady history with the state comptrollers office- business names, phone numbers, addresses not matching up, closing under one name, re-opening under another, etc. My advice: STAY AWAY!!

Don't trust this Man ( Null ) at all. First, he told my husband one price and when he arrived at my home, he charged another price. Second when I noticed that I over paid him, I contacted him right away when he left my home and this man lied to me on the phone saying that I gave him the right amount knowing that I didn't. My husband then called him and he wouldn't answer his cell phone, so we tried again and once we told him about the error I made with the money, Mr. Null keeped on saying that I gave him the right amount even when I caught him lying about how much I gave him. So please don't do business with these people. We learned our lesson and I don't want this to happen to anybody else.
