I had AARScome our to trouble shoot and repair my ice maker. A tech came out and said my ice maker was bad. I asked how he knew that because he didn’t use any instruments or tools...he can back and replaced it...I paid almost $400 for that ice maker.
It made ice for about three days and stopped again...the tech came out unscrewed the maker and said it was unplugged from the inside...plugged it in and no ice again...I called them back out again and he said it was the water valve and replaced it...I refused to pay him another $200 for that...he left mad...it made ice for two days and guess what...it’s not making ice...I called them back and the owner refuses to talk to me after he took my $400 for services that didn’t even fix the problem.

Moral of the story is the tech didn’t know and was just replacing things as he goes and trying to charge for it...DO NOT USE

I’ll see this guy in court.
