GREAT experience. The ladies in the office are great, and easy to work with. They are great at accommodating you. Payments are easy to make. When we started renting, we weren't sure on what size we needed, they opened up extra spaces for us in case we needed it- which we did. Absolutely a great experience!!

Looks like someone had something good to say about these guys. It's always great at the beginning, isn't it! All I can tell you is after 2 years as a paying customer, one of their MANY (they change "managers" very often) made the mistake of not posting my credit card payment one month. Without so much as ONE phone call or email, (which is supposedly their policy) ALL of my personal belongins including a lifetime of PAINTINGS that I had done, book collection, photographs, collectibles, clothes, NOEL furniture and antiques, scrapbooks, yearbooks, IRS records, personal information, work from the Art Insitute, you get the picture--SOLD at AUCTION. No warning to me whatsoever. NO CALL< NO EMAIL> In the 6 months since I discovered it--I didn't even know until I attempted to make a payment a month AFTER everything was gone--absolutely no word, restitution, attempts to reconcile, attempt to find even ONE thing, it's time for a lawyer.



GOOD luck with them if you ignore the warnings and get charmed in!!!

This company is completely mismanaged and will sell all of your lifetime of personal belongings without so much as a phone call to you first, any record of who got your things, or a care, after you AND your family were customers for over 2 years. The President of the company himself will apologise to you and tell you it was all your fault even though you did what you thought was necessary to communicate with the non-communicative manager. Oh wait, she's fired now because of this and probably other problems like this so there will be no one held responsible. More information on this business pending litigation and BBB investigation.

Hi my name is Michelle Cook. I live next to all size storag and I needed to move right away. I came in on the weekend and was able to move out of my apt. the same day..they had a truck to let us use and we moved everythig that day. I am happy with the help because I had to move and no one helped me. thank you.

I recently rented a space to store my boat. I was in Louisiana and found this facility on the internet. Unabel to commute at the time, the ladies at the storage managed to arrange everything for me via email and fax and made the transition to Houston smooth. Unfortunately, we have vacated the facility because we now have found a marina to store our boat. Though the facility is a little farther from home than we would like, we would gladly rent from Yurie and Sue again because their customer service skills are exceptional and they were helpful in more ways than one with our relocation to Houston. They were knowledgable of the area, very responsive and worked past business hours to complete our move in paperwork. You will definately be reeled in by their positive attitudes, friendly smiles and efficiency.
