UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIVE ON A REQUEST FOR QUOTE



I called to schedule an appointment to get a quote on replacement windows. The unprofessional scheduler scheduled an appointment 2 weeks after I called for 5:30 pm. On the date, no one from Allied showed up. I called the next morning and they didn't even have me in the system and it was going to take another 2 weeks to get a quote. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told theay were unavailable and they would have to call me. There was no call back, no apology, and an apparent lack of concern for customer relations. I do not recommend using this company because they don't understand or practice professional and courteous treatment of customers!

Very arrogant, and overpriced. From what I found out, they charge usually double what the other estimates I got.There are two Allied siding and windows, they are probably the same company with two office.
