My wife recently took my car in to have the oil changed. We received a coupon from Gulfgate Dodge where I purchased my vehicle. Since it's so far to drive and the customer service at Gulfgate was bad, we decided to to use Allen Samuels.

My wife asks for an oil change and shows the lady the coupon. She is very snippily informed that they would not accept the coupon. My wife is like, it's a Dodge coupon, fine, whatever. She's told the wait would be an hour. She sits down to wait. After an hour she goes back to the lady behind the counter and is told very rudely it would be another hour.

Cmon, customer service. If your gonna do business, isn't it about making your customers happy so they'll come back. My wife even emailed the service department manager regarding the issue and we've never heard from them. Yet we get calls all the time asking us to come in for an oil change or scheduled maintenance.

Why are the people on the phone who leave messages so nice, polite and seem so willing to help, but when you get to the dealership the people behind the counters are anything but.

Needs serious improvement.

When I took my vehicle to another shop to see what I could savage they told me it was a lost cause because too much is messed up and it would take over 10,000 to fix it back. Or 5,000 for a new motor then I would have to buy all the fans and parts around it due to the mechanic pulling smaller parts out of place. Also the hoses and fluids which would run up to a Bigger Ticket. Now I have whole car in my garage that I'm paying for but can't drive.



This place by far is the WORSE WORSE WORSE place to EVER GO and Once I find a good Lawyer I will try to Sue the crap out of. I don't see how they deal with these type of cars everyday but act and lie to people about things. Companies of this caliber should be shut down and ever be able to make any kind of money.



So BUYER'S BEWARE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO BE FIXED OR BUY A CAR FROM THEM. UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED WITH A SMILE AND RUDENESS.

Love the Dodge Charger more than any car on the road - been driving these cars for YEARS now! Allen Samuels does it RIGHT with the Dodge and even Chryslers!!

Sales Management is incompetent and untruthful.

I told my salesman what kind of car I wanted and my budget. He found the car that was exactly what I wanted. He made it possible for me to purchase the car and then even add some features to enhanced my experience. I got leather seats installed that look fabulous. Thank you for a great car!!!

I have been to dealers before where I loved the vehicle, but did not buy because of the sales person. Here they were genuine and really cared about helping me get in the car that fit me and my situation. This dealership is clearly not one to pass up! Regardless of your location in Texas, and yes I know it's big, but this is simply too good of a dealership to not buy your next car at! The dealers are helpful, staff is friendly and caring, and the prices will not leave you upset!!

I dealt with Robin Cothron there for my 2003 Dakota pick up. They were fair with the pricing and kept me informed every step of the way since my part was not available. They're diagnosis fee was less than other dealers in the area and I couldn't be more pleased with the professional and helpful attitude the whole team there provided!



This is the second time I have gone to this dealer for repairs on my truck and both experiences were excellent!

I recently bought a car from them.. test drove it and a month later its starts to break down on me.. i keep going back to get it fixed, and they claim its fixed... a couple of days later it goes back to the same condition... i asked them for a trade or something to exchange it for.. they told me that there isnt anything they can do... so now im stuck with something i cant even drive without it leaving me in the middle of no where... DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
