Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE ALL TOPS N TUBS. They do not honor their warranty. They are rude and don't come when they say they are going to, don't call to tell you they aren't coming and don't call you back after you have left messages. We had our tub refinished by them, after about 6 months it started peeling, they came and re-did it after I had to pay MORE money. Then few months later it peeled again. Now they are saying it's not covered, when he won't even come out and look at it! (the so called warranty is a 5 yr)
we do appreciate the business and we went to this customers home on 3 occasion to repair the tub we refinished. there was a 150 dollar charge for dropping sharp objects in tub, but we did not charge her. The fourth time she chipped the tub we told her it would be 35-50 dollars (1\2 the cost of the repair) she chose not to have us come out. we were disappointed.
