Bill and his crew responded quickly when I asked to have my pier and beam foundation inspected. I was preparing the house for sale and had only allocated 3 weeks for any work, both inside and out. The inspection revealed considerable work was needed and the crew got started right away replacing rotten joists and beams. Inspection and satisfactory certification by a civil engineer (PE) plus a 1 year warranty put the icing on the cake for a job well done leaving me two weeks to complete other sale prep work. Don’t bother calling anyone else if you want the job done right at a reasonable price.

As others have said in their reviews, Bill Marks is an upstanding person in the business. I would highly recommend him to my friends and relatives and would certainly call him back in the future. The crew that worked on my house were respectful and knew their stuff. I was impressed by their foreman who was on the ball from the moment they arrived. They are a trustworthy outfit, indeed!

My house was leveled to 0 differential from an initial 2.5-inch difference. Not all houses can be re-leveled to the same degree, but Bill and his crew will be upfront about what can be done and their honesty is appreciated.

I choose Texans foundation because they came home the very next day to give me a quote. They came out and did a professional job. They have the best crew a company can have, clean, respectful, arrived in time and they explain the whole job process.

After a month I noticed some cracks appeared in the dry wall, I called the company and then I received a call back from Mr Jimmy, the owner of the company. Jimmy came back home to inspected the job and he not only honor the warrantee but he also send a team to fix the cracks on walls and ceiling. They did a great job.

I will highly recommend Texans foundation to anyone who wants not only to fix their foundation, but also to fix the cosmetic issues in your walls and ceiling.

I had 3 other companies out to look at my home, they all suggested a different number of piers,I finally contacted a Structural Engineer he came out provided me with a report and diagram and I started my search all over again for a foundation company. All Texas provided me with a plan that matched exactly to what the engineer said I needed, the other companies were way off. The engineer came back and certified their work was excellent and issued me a certification on it. I would refer this company to anyone, starting with the nice lady (Susan) in the office all the way to the workers,it made my experience pleasant.

Very responsive if there are questions or problems. They stand by their work.
