YES CROOK!!! STAY AWAY FROM ALL STAR MOTORS!!!!! Why has no one else reported these crooks? We as consumers have rights as well! My husband and I are outraged! My daughter was in the kitchen and witnessed these crooks literally stealing our car out of our driveway. We have never missed a payment. We have had the car for going on three months. We had no idea it was them until we made a police report and they were stopped driving our car out of the neighborhood. Our neighbors reported a suspicious vehicle long before we even knew this was going on. Long story short, our insurance lapsed on the 27th of May because of a single digit missing from my husband's drivers liscense. All Star Motors called my husband on the 29th when they were notified and asked him to let them know when the problem is resolved. Next thing we know last night, they are driving off with our car, with a key we didn't know they had. No prior notice or warning was even given for this so called "repossession". After 5 days of insurance lapse. We are filing a complaint and will possibly sue these people. Messed with the wrong ones this time.

BEWARE!!!!!! My son was 5 days late on his payment. We were in KANSAS and they repo'd the car. We had packed the car the night before to leave in the AM so all our items were in the car.

They went through our items and stole what they wanted. They went through my son's wallet and stole his money and took my new MK wallet from the trunk a laptop & 3 pairs of Jordons.

He only had the car for one month and put $2000 down.



Beware these people are crooks and very disrespectful!!!!

When we first got out car they were nice and really worked with us. Do to a job transfer we moved away from Houston and that's when the problems began. They drafted 2 payments at a time within 2 weeks difference when our account was current and then when we confronted them about it they told us that according to our file we were 3 months behind. I have kept every receipt of payments since I bought this car and verified that I was current. They also stated that if I had my Bank get the money back I would be in default and they would send out for the Repo. I do not reccommend this car lot to anyone. We have also had some MAJOR repairs done on this car with several small ones waiting to be fixed. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!

Over priced, RUDE, the BMW I bought had one problem after another. One month after I purchased it the transmission was 2600 to replace. And that was only the beginning... Do not go here.
