I love this place, my little brother and boyfriend go here for their hair and beard touch ups. Everyone there does an amazing job, they take pride in their work/pay attention to detail and they’re so friendly. Yes there is a wait time if you don’t have appointment but they’re worth the wait. I highly recommend this place 😊

I normally don't get aggravated but today my buttons have been pushed, but I have been cool & quiet all this time. I got to this barbershop at 4:45 PM & there were 3 barbers and 4 customers at that time. Well at 7:30 PM I looked at my watch for the hundredth time, and wondered why in the heck am I still waiting my turn. Then the initial barber I was in line for tells me, "my 6:30 appointment was late and now he is here. So I'm gonna have to give you to another barber for service." I felt a nerve rise up in my head. I then waited another 30 plus more minutes for the 2nd barber. When I stood up to leave, this barber seen his $20 dollars about to walk out the door, said hold up you next. This is very , very poor customer service.

A lesson learned & reminded me why I go to first come first served barber shops. And by the way it's 8 PM & I just got in the chair. I won't be back here again not unless it's a emergency!!! Out the door at 815 PM. I feel like they should have paid me!
