After having our CPA from Zientek handle our tax form, the IRS made errors and sent us a bill for nearly $800. When I took this back to the company, my CPA had gone to another firm and has a no-compete clause. Zeintek did not handle the issue. They just told me to pay the extra money, with excuses I didn't see as valid. I had to take my records to a different accountant to get the issue resolved - no help from Zeintek. We did not owe the money, and if we had owed it, it would have been an error made by them. Al Zeintek told me he would call me to go over it and never did. They left us hanging.
