Alcove Yoga is a sanctuary for the teachings of Iyengar Yoga. It is a beautiful space, with excellent teachers. The studio is well-equipped, clean, and well appointed. Classes are small-- up to 12 or 14; teachers are trained to give individual attention and adjustments. Pauline, the owner is an Intermediate CIYT (Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher); and a yoga therapist certified by IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists).
