very slow service,takes forever to finish your request

I've known Judy since I got my first permit in the 80's. She is always available no matter when you call. I can always count on her to handle any situation that occurs. Bob C.

Judy did my first license in 1991. There is probably no one as accessible or knowledgeable in this field in Houston. I have had 3 restaurants and 4 Sports Bars which she has done the licenses for in both Harris and Waller Counties. Her office has always been helpful. This has been the worst experience I have ever been involved in. They will tell you the process takes 6-8 weeks but no guarantees. When all was said and done it took 15 weeks! We were stuck with three months' rent and no revenue. They submit all clients paperwork at one time once a week so if your paper work is approved on Tuesday but they make a run to the County (for instance) on Mondays your approved paperwork sits on a desk until the following Monday! In a process such as this, my application was delayed 6 weeks longer than it should have been had I done this myself! When you call them they tell you someone else has the file and you never get a call back... Of course they take your money at the beginning and nothing happens. I urge you, if you are going to use a service to do this process for you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
