We appreciate all feedback, even when not so flattering. We utilize it to help us grow better as a practice and offer a better patient experience. That being said, while we try to be on time for all appointments, there are times when we get a little behind. There are days when unforeseen delays or hiccups from earlier appointments that can put our staff behind. We strive to make sure every patient is thoroughly assessed and taken care of before leaving our office. We are always grateful for the patience our patients show us during those times. In light of that, if there are any questions or concerns in regards to appointments, we encourage patients to reach out to us at the office.
