If I would have reviewed a couple of months ago I would give 4 stars because they are courteous and they do a good job with the car wash. Only 4 because the place is kinda blah and they don't really have a nice waiting area. Also that was before I tried the Lube Center.



The Lube Center is theifing. We have been customers of theirs for years for their carwash. We my fiance UNLIKE ME does not keep up with oil changes...me being me I insisted on it when I came around and realized how behind he was. Well this place takes 5 mins then finishes with the car. 2 days later everything transmission related when out so we took our car to a shop who also verified we had an oil leak and though he may have to do work on our engince because the oil leak was so bad. Keep in mind we just had the oil changed two days before (why didnt the guy who changed the oil tell me this?) well once in they realized there were some issues that needed to be sealed but also discovered we were down to 1 quart of oil in the car let me repeat 1 QUART of oil...that means all but 1 quart drained in approx. 2 days...or they never filled it back up all the way which I am sure he did because it was leaking out everywhere..but yet the service tech didn't mention an oil leak our engince could have locked up. So I called and asked for a refund even took the paper work and explained what happened. The tech said he would give it to his supe because he wanted to do right by us because it was a serious mistake and he would have the supe call back. Well almost a week later and no call... finally I call them speak with someone who is supposed to transfer me to a supe instead I get hung up on. Call back get the supe and he argues and tells me it is transmission fluid they put back in...yes BUT they put engine oil in as well... but no I am wrong and not work the 2 cars I bring in atleast twice a year for a carwash and oil change because he doesnt want to refund or even offer a free carwash nothing. Not to mention he says they fired the one guy that was willing to help me. I will NEVER go here again with either car! and I will review every review I can on them.



Also another time I before this happened my fiance took his car here for inspection and they told him there was a problem with the tire but they would overlook it for $25 extra dollars otherwise he would have to pay full amt for the inspection if he brought it back.. he paid it then took it to the tire place and got it fixed immediatly because we were taking a trip. When reviewing the receipt for our other car we took found out that we had 15 days to get it corrected and bring it back with no extra charges. Lesson learned.



So carwash is good but DO NOT get your car serviced here it could lead to bigger problems.
