My 0% interest rate went to 7.9% when I got my bill, big thorn in my side. Work still not complete, stain in my ceiling, heater not completely hooked up. Of course everyone thinks they paid too much... get your work done in the off season so you can shop around and talk to numerous people. In the middle of the summer you are in a bind.

Eduardo is always very professional when he visits. He explains well what maintenance he has performed. Represents the company very well.

Shaun from AirPro Houston did our yearly inspection and recommended that their Comfort Specialist, Ramon sit down with us to discuss options for reducing humidity. We had an appointment set up immediately, and Ramon was very flexible with scheduling so that our visit would be at a convenient time. Ramon spent a lot of time inspecting our current equipment to find where we could improve, and listened to all of our concerns. Together we came up with a plan that included adding a dehumidification system.



They were all very professional and efficient and took extra time to make sure no messes were made and that everything was done properly. Shaun came back to help with the install, and spent time to make sure I understood how our new thermostat worked since it was a smart thermostat with a touch screen that could be controlled online.



Overall I am very satisfied with the service and products we received. I highly recommend them, and adding a dehumidification system to your home.

I called and spoke to Tim. He had a technician out the same day. The heater was fixed and working by 3:15 and I think the cost was very reasonable. Thanks!

I had a problem with my heater not working recently on a Sunday. I called two different companies and they could not come out and repair until Monday. I got a hold of AirPro and they sent out a technician within a few hours and had the part I needed and got the heater working. Great service and a nice technician. I will use their services again in the future.

Had this company out to my home after Hurricane Ike, everyone was very nice and very professional. They are registered with the BBB as I checked that out for myself! I will definitely use them again.
