My mother and I had been Dr. Nolasco's patients since he opened his clinic on Bissonnet about 20 years ago. At that time he honestly cared about his patients' health and well being. This was the reason I recommended several of my family members and many close friends. Unfortunately, it appears that now he cares more about the money and has opened so many clinics that he has to hire the most inept and rudest people who lack people skills and have no empathy, manners, or respect for anybody who comes into their filthy clinic. Dr. Nolasco closed the clinic on Bissonnet and I was told to go to any of his clinics on Airline. I went to the most depressing and unsanitary of the two, the one on 11012 Airline Drive. I had never been treated with such a condescending and disrespectful manner by these unqualified employees. I am a professional who is used to deaing with professional people in many areas. It's really sad for me to see how a doctor can forget the real reason he became a doctor, to care for his patients and their health, and turned it a money making business. When I read the reviews I did not want to believe what people said but my experience reaffirmed what I read. The only person who I hold in high respect is Dr. Sandra Graham. Everybody else is just there to earn a paycheck without any real qualifications in the medical field. PLEASE AVOID yourself a depressing and negative experience by not going to any Airline Medical clinic. The Houston Health Department should check and fine this clinic for the unsanitary and dangerous conditions the filth represents for the patients.

Horrible place, don't give them your credit card #! besides, Dr, Nolasco is arrogant, disrespectful and close minded, and it reflects on the clinic staff, do your family and self a favor, go somewhere else. Giving them one star but really, they don't deserve a 1/4 of it!

Please do not go to this clinic. Its a place where they continue to not help you but take your money and refer you to other doctors who are probably their family members to make more money. Of course as a patient, we have many questions about our illnesses, but Dr. Rosalina rolls her eyes at you for almost every question you ask. Dr. Rosalina, you are the doctor, thats why we ask you questions because we don't know. And to Dr. Nolasco, you don't even let me finish me sentence and you give me the comment "who's the doctor?". You both are so rude and do not help people at all, but instead to just rush us out the door after you have taken our money. You both need to be more patient with the sick patients to help us. We are in pain and it seems like you both have no sentimental value in anyone. You both are the worst doctors I have ever encountered. Please people do not not be mistaken by the low cost of the office visit, you know the saying 'you get what you pay for' and with them they are are low cost compared to other clinics, but do not give you the help you need at a real clinic. I would classify this as a SCAM CLINIC.

I was referred to this facility through my insurance on a day my PCP of 5 years was closed. I had never tried any other Dr. For the fear of the unknown. Well, after visiting this office as a walk-in patient. I can honestly tell you it was a welcoming experiment. I enjoyed the friendly staff and Dr. Nolasco was very informative. I have recommended this clinic to my family and friends.

Extremely bad customer service, M.A's slam doors in clients faces and yell at the patients , they take a lunch brake without caring that their 9 am patients are still waiting when it'a already 1:30 pm. I will never recommend the airline clinic/Dr. Nolasco

poor customer service, I have never been treated so badly at a doctor's office before, Rosalinda the NP rolls her eyes at her patients and Dr. Nolasco ignores your complaints, their medical assistant slam doors in your face and the don't bother in cleaning up their exam rooms between patients. DONT GO TO THE AIRLINE CLINIC>
