I'm usually not a complainer, but here's my story... I had Air assist come out and fix the upstairs heater (at a price of 385.00). The day after they left I noticed the downstairs heater blowing only cold air. It was weird that the downstairs was now broken because it has always worked AND it was WORKING before they came! I called the company and had the guy come back out to my home. After spending five minutes in the attic he told me the downstairs heater had the same problem as the upstairs and it would be another 385.00!!!! What the heck does he mean the same problem??? The downstairs heater was working perfectly fine before he went and messed with it. I'm just giving my personal experience... with Air Assist.

We called them on a Saturday afternoon - to fix my mother's a/c system - and he came over an hour later and determined that compressor was over heating. He replaced the capicator, too. He also recommended annual service and I really appreicate his forthcoming answers to our questions and the rates are very reasonable.
