Provided by YP.comI planned a special event from out of town and was impressed with the Aimee zing Faces website so I called for information. It was difficult to get a live person. I e-mailed and called several times for a quote. I was never given a written quote, just pricing information which I was told everything was on a discount so the pricing sheet was inaccurate. I attended my "free consultion" which required a tip. During my session, the artist had to call the owner because she could not find any brown eyeliner. She had to remove and reapply the eyeliner several times. Then she could not locate a mascara brush so she used a different brush. It was so clumpy that she only did one eye. I was completely unsatisfied. I had scheduled the "free consultation" weeks ago and they were completely unprepared. I brought in a sample material of my dress and a photo of myself done with makeup that I liked. I was shocked that Aimee zing faces was so unprepared and unable to help. I strongly advise shopping around.

Provided by YP.comWe hired Ron Carr (from Aimee-zing Faces) to do our wedding and engagement pictures. He was very pleasant and energetic, which we loved. You could see the passion he has for his work. His pricing was also very reasonable, and we got a good deal.
However, we had a few issues with him and were ignored when requesting resolution. For instance, we paid extra for our engagement photo negatives. After several months, we never received them. After calling them a few times and leaving messages, they stopped calling us back and started to ignore our number when we called.
In addition, the lighting in some of the photos was not very good. We have a number of "dark" photos which we had to retouch via photo-software.
Finally, Ron missed a number of important pictures during our wedding. We asked that he take pictures of the guests at all tables, and he chose not to. He did take hundreds of pictures, however. But some included random nature shots that we would have chosen to forego for more important family shots.
Overall, we are dissatisfied with the picture quality, picture shots chosen, and customer service provided by Ron and his company. Please be careful when working with him and his wife, Aimee, in the future.
