Reserved a limo for two teenagers. The driver didn't bother to show up and didn't call with his lame excuse until after an hour after the scheduled pick-up time. Don't trust this company with anything that is important... On the other hand, if you plan on missing an important event and want to blame it on someone else, this is the perfect service for you. BTW, they get one star only because zero isn't a choice!

We used the guys at Aim Limo because a friend recommend them to me for my brothers bachelor party. They were great. We had an awesome black hummer that was set up with ice and drink mixers for our bottles we brought. They made the whole night memorable experience.

Whenever I need a limousine I always use Aim Limousine. They are always on time, provide great service, and have clean and updated limos.

I rented the H2 limo for my sister in laws fifteen. The driver was very rude when it can to taking the group to the photo shoot. The limo also had a/c problems.

This limousine service promised and upgrade for certain price the wrong limo showed up and had to pay an extra 300 dollars. Spoke to person who promised the upgrade and she denied the whole thing. I will never use this limo service again and would not recomend at all.

I called for transportation to the airport. The driver was early, carried all of my luggage to the town car and handed it off to the skycap at the airport. Really polite with great service.

I had ordered 6 hours of limo service from aim limousine from 12 noon to 6 pm for my wedding. On the wedding day, a NON ENGLISH speaking driver has problems finding my house. After 1 hour of giving detailed directions to my house, the driver still did not find my house and was 25 minutes late. I finally told him to wait for me at Academy sports, which was 5 minutes away. I got to Academy at 12:30 pm. Ordered a limo and a 4 door Lincoln Town Car shows up. I contacted Eddie the ���Owner of Aim Limousine��� to express my dissatisfaction of the lateness of his driver and the package that I had ordered. Eddie and I came to an agreement to charge me 2 hours for his service and credit me back the 4 hours since he could not get a replacement limo for me. One week later, Eddie tells me that he is going to charge me the full 6 hours and that he did not recall our conversation. Don���t use this service. STAY AWAY!!!!!

We used AIM for my daughter's homecomming group. They were amazing. The driver was early and prepared and willing to take the kids wherever they needed to go, even to one of the kids lake house about 50 miles out of town. Great experience and will definately use them again for Prom.
