Braids was very neat. I lost alot of hair around edges and all. Braids started snapping my hair from the root follicle.Three people braided my freestyle braids. With a 3 strand technique and i have pics to show and a video on how my hair was snapping at the roots. They was rude not paying attention to my head but watching a movie and laughing loudly in my ear behind a movie. Its one thibg when you are chilling at a shop waiting for buisness but when you have a paying customer 180. It should be great customer service given
