Awesome! These guys came in, diagnosed the issue in about 10 min and had it fixed in less than an hour. They had to cut through some drywall to get the repair and the patchwork looks amaizing. You can't even tell it was cut out. Great company!

A small plastic piece of a toilet cleaning brush got flushed down the toilet and clogged the pipe and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called these guys to help - thought I was reading good reviews online so I went with it. They tell you that it'll be $50 to come out and that applies to the job fee if they do work for you (even though their site says "FREE ESTIMATES"). That's fine, but they don't give you any idea of their OUTRAGEOUS price for anything on the front end. They came out and snaked the line for probably 15 minutes or less and those 15 minutes cost $300! That's $1200/hr. The customer service rep said there is no job pricing list and they don't charge by the hour...yet the job price depends at least partly on time. These guys charge whatever they feel like and in my case, it was double what another master plumber quoted me after the fact. Maybe they're fine for some jobs, but this is NOT AFFORDABLE PLUMBING SERVICES. I don't think these people are honest or work with integrity and I'd stay away, even if they do know plumbing. I am not a cheapskate and I have no problem paying people for good work, but that rate was unacceptable. Rep on the phone afterwards couldn't have cared less about any of this either. Stay away.

The first time was a couple years ago when our 15-year-old electric water heater finally gave up. The technician was professional, courteous, and we've had perfectly hot water ever since. This time it was to perform a static water leak test. Again, the technician was wonderful. I definitely recommend Affordable Plumbing Services And Sewer Cleaning!
