The worst customer service ever. They really need to get better quality help in the front office. They are incompetent, rude, argumental and never do what they say. I requested to have my pet records faxed to a boarder they could not even do a simple task. Also, it seems that they don't care about your pet it's all about the $20 office visit. Need to get rid of all those young inexperience children.

Dr. Reddy, successfully removed my dogs tumor. Other veterinarians had changed their mind about removing it because of the size of his tumor and the worry of it healing properly.

Dr. Reddy, removed my dogs tumor at more than half the price of other priced veterinary clinics. He did a great job, and my dogs tumor has not grown back in the past 10 months.

Also, my dogs incision was completely healed and stitches removed in about two weeks. I was worried about his pain medication, but Dr. Reddy was right in that he didn't need additional pain medication. The only thing they didn't provide me with was an antacid because some certain pain relievers can cause stomach irritation and my dog did vomit a few days post surgery, due to the side effects of pain medication.

My dog is doing great now, and you can't even tell where his tumor was removed unless you look real closely.

I would recommend Dr. Reddy to anyone without worry because he does a great job and when they say AFFORDABLE it really is in comparison with any other vet clinic I have been to.

I drove about 20 miles to get to it, but the drive was well worth it. it is not a fancy vet clinic, but it is the quality of work they do for a fraction of what you would pay somewhere else.

I made an appointment to have my dogs ears clipped and they lost my information!! I was supposed to recive a call from them to remind me of the date and when I did not recive one I called them and that is when i was told that I was not in their system, So i lost my appointmenmt do to their incompitance. When I tryed to reschedule I was told very rudely by a lady named Cynthia that I have to make an appointment for a later date of about a month! That is not acceptable due to the fact that they carge by the pound and my puppy is growing more and more veryday. i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

The Vet Care is absolutely the best. The Veternarian GENUINELY cares about your pet. I have an Rottie who does not warm up to good, to strangers, so she is a little snippy; But this does not stop the Vet from giving her the best treatment possible. On the other hand my Pit Bull absolutely melts in his hands. I would reccomend this Veternarian to anybody.

The amount of service you will receive is far more then you will pay for, they are really easy on the pocket.
