Not only did she help us with a private tasting. The cake, and artwork was amazing. Thanks Kim. The party was great and the cake was spot on.

I called Kim for a cake and she assured me it would look like nice. I wanted something different for my husbands 46th Birthday. I ordered and paid 3 days in advance. I sent my oldest son to pick up the cake while I was working and he called me while in front of this womans house stating," Mom you can't be paying for this." He sent a picture and I was mortified. I showed the picture of the cake to coworkers and they said the same thing my son said. I begged her to make the cake right she stated she would have it ready in 1.5 hours. I said fine,my husband birthday is tomorrow the 17th. I even said if time is a problem I would pick it up on the weekend, still trying to work with her. She later says that her schedule would not permit her to correct the cake and she canceled my order stating she would refund my money. I said to her in a text now my husband will have no cake, I received no answer from her. I then receive a notice from paypal stating that I was refunded 31.00 when I paid 50.00 for the cake. I called and she text me that I had to pay a cancellation fee according to her website. Her website said that if there is a problem if reported within 1 hour she would fix it. My son did not get to the corner before I had him turn around and take the cake back. I gave her the opportunity to produce a quality product she chose not to, and still charged me a cancellation fee.

BEWARE SHE IS A BAIT AND SWITCH ARTIST!!!! EMAIL ME I WILL PROVIDE PICTURES OF HER REAL WORK. I CAN ALSO SHOW TEXT MESSAGES WHERE I BEGGED HER FOR A QUALITY PRODUCT.

Horrible Customer Service!!! Ugliest cake I've ever seen!!! Kim came in with the cake and left before i even had a chance to open it. When i oped the cake box I saw a tiny little cake that was supposed to feed 20 people that was only big enough to feed maybe 6 people! This cake was for a bachelorette party. The bride picked out the exact cake she wanted from Kims website. The cake looked nothing like the one we had wanted and it loooked like she just trew it together in about 10 minutes. What a waste of $80.00!!!!!!!! I immediately called Kim and told her i was not satisfied with the cake and she told me she would refund me my money minus a 15% restocking fee?!?! How are you going to restock a cake?!!! I told i would bring it by later and then she said it would go up to a 40% restocking fee!! I asked why and she said that if i return within 1 hour of delivery she could donate it to the women's shelter. Are you kidding me??? How low class is that? Donating a cake with a giant male part on it to a woman's shelter. This lady is a total joke...Needless to say we did get a good laugh out of how ugly the cake was at the Bachelorette Party, but we were and still are upset that we wasted $80 on this cake that we were too embarrased to take to the party.
