First part of our service (airport pickup) was great, we were contact the night before to confirm out pick up and go over the details. The second half (return to airport) did not go so well. They had put us down for the wrong date. We were not called the night before to confirm and go over the details and so we were never aware they had the wrong date. We received a call the afternoon of their scheduled pick up to be told that the driver had waited for us and we never showed up. No one tried to contact us to let us know the driver was there, only that he had waited and left. I had asked why no one had confirmed with us the night before and only was told this was our fault and we would still be charged for the service so they could pay their driver, which ended up being the full price plus tip. I will never use this company again due to their lack of customer service.
