What can I say? This florist shop is great! I ordered a bouquet of red and white roses for an event and they came out perfectly! The staff was great too! Thanks ace flowers!

What can I say? This florist shop is fantastic! I've ordered many flowers from here and they always come out great! The ones I like the most are calla lilies. They always prepare them neatly and look great in the end. The staff is friendly and help out with any questions about the flowers! Ace Flowers is one of the best florist shops in Houston and you should try them out!

Bought some pink flowers for a friend who was feeling down. They soon cheered up thanks to the flowers i ordered! They were neatly arranged and the service was great! Thank you ace flowers! I will come back to shop here again!

We are very happy that we found this place I recently had my baby shower and Ace flowers delivered just on time a nice fresh arrengment.staff is really nice and helpfull I totally recommend it for their quality flowers and great service ,I will order again for my wedding.

Great service. For Halloween, got delivered just right now, just in time. Also beautiful Long Stemmed Red Roses for my girlfriend she loved them. very helpful staff.

DO NOT USE ACE FLOWERS!!! Ordered flowers for Mother's Day which were not delivered on Mother's day...no call from ACE...I call them the next day and get an excuse that made no sense. They finally delivery that next day at 2:30. $100 arrangement of flowers looked to be worth about $20. I called to complain and was told they would look into it and call me back. Still waiting for the call.

i had lost a family member and was of course very upset at the time...was not looking forward to anything to do with the funeral. when i found ace flowers i thought it was just another florist but all the help and support i got from them was incredible! they made everything easy for me and worked with my budget.

when time for the delivery came i was so impressed the quality of the flowers and the price i got was a great bargain. i was so relieved that the memory of my loved one was remembered in such a wonderful respectful way.

I ordered roses for my parents anniversary and the wrong color rose was delivered. When I called about it I was told it was because they were out of what I had ordered. When I asked why I was not called to change the order I was given the run around. Not only were the wrong flowers delivered, they died the next day. I have now been trying for a week to get a refund for THIER mistake and all they will do is resend the flowers. The occasion has past. I do not want more roses. I have also been waiting for the owner/manager to call me and still have not recieved any contact. This is the worst experience ordering flowers I have ever had. I will never use again or recommend. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Staff is helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help out. I have experienced this when I wasn't able to pick up an order, so they delivered for me, last minute. Talk about selfless customer service!

Definitely a good choice to go to for flowers. I was informed from the florists that they get new flowers delivered to them every other day. They have an abundance of arrangemetns to offer too. Once, I had to sit down and go through a large book to make sure I was choosing the one perfect as a gift. I know that I can be a very demanding individual, and the associates here were polite, patient, and helpful toward me. Very much so, would reccomend.

So I bought some roses from this location a few days ago. Let me tell you, the roses here smell great! Usually when I buy roses, there isn't much of an aroma, but the ones here do. If you really do enjoy the smell of fresh roses, this is where you can find them.

So today,

I came in looking for flowers to take to my friend at the hospital. I came in, and saw the arrangements. They were easy on the eyes, and the price were unbelievably decent. Like, they aren't dirt cheap, but they aren't expensive either and the work they do here is stylish. Also, the greeting cards are super cute and super cheap. This is a great place to go if you are on a budget.

I hadn't found any displays in the cooler appealing when I went there to pick up flowers, however, the vase of flowers that the florist put together for me was awesome. I'll be coming back for sure!

I was surfing the internet for an arrangement for a friend's birthday party, and noticed that the photos of flowers at ace were tasteful and around twenty dollars less than other places. you get a lot for what you end up paying for.

The people that work here are really sweet, and they do a good job of putting something nice together. Definitely a good place to go for something custom made.

If you call in for an order, the salespeople tend to help you out with prices.

The people who work at this location are really nice, and make gorgeous arrangements. I usually go here as a walk-in. Have recomended this place to coworkers.
