Now I'm being forced to take their insured to court when their insured was found at fault it's been almost 2 months and their only wanting to pay for half and now I have to file through my insurance company so my insurance company can go after them very sad excuse for a insurance company!! - Keith Dunlap

28 Days and my claim is still not PROCESSED.
Their driver hit me. Police report found their driver at fault
They will do every to NOT process your claim in a timely manner
AVOID this Insurance scam at all cost!!!!!!

I have never dealt with a more unproffesional business. WALTER GRIFFIN is the worst. I have been trying to get in touch him for weeks. He never answers the phone nor return phone calls. They set me up with a rental car and my account was drafted because he never extended the service. I have never been so disgusted in my life. LOW LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY. They need negative stars...smh

0 stars This is a HORRENDOUS insurance company. I was hit 3 WEEKs ago. My truck was totaled .I never got a rental car, They won't return my calls, I took time off and went to their office and the doors are kept locked!! A security guard wouldn't let me in to give them the police report. I called the state board and they said I would need an attorney to get my money!! Can't say HATE enough!!!!!

Nothing but a bunch of crooks. they send an adjuster to take pictures but then you will never hear from them again. It's been over a month with no response.

This company denied my claim. Please report this company to the texas department of insurance and the better business bureau...This people should not be in business..

I reported my accident 2 weeks ago with this company.The person came out and took pictures and thats as far as I got.The person hit me who has insurance with you all.Im so angry and in jeopardy of losing my job..I will be contacting a lawyer today..
